According to Shevanti Narayan, RAP overseas advisor in India, United States – India Educational Foundation (USIEF), the EducationUSA advising center in India offers attestation service to Indian students to facilitate their application to U.S. institutions for admission to academic programs.
Changes as of November 1, 2008:
- Each set of attestations will be delivered to the student along with an accompanying cover letter signed by the Education Adviser in a sealed envelope.
- This cover letter states that USIEF has made the best efforts to check if the original certificate presented to USIEF was authentic.
